Ridgecrest Development Company, Inc. was formed in 1992 by two individuals with long careers in the building and development industry. By combining their experience, talents and knowledge to create a quality custom home, Ridgecrest Development Company, Inc. was prepared to meet the needs of the ever changing and specialized demands of custom homeowners in the Silicon Valley and Peninsula areas of northern California. In 2002 the decision was made to relocate the operations to the Coachella Valley of southern California applying the same service and attention to detail to clients in pursuit of homes of distinction in that area.
Lawrence R. Woolworth brings his management skills together with his contracting experience of thirty years to handle the day to day business and contracting portion of Ridgecrest. Pamela Bishop applies over thirty years of experience in contracting and marketing to coordinate and develop the homes with the owners, architects, engineers, city officials and material suppliers.
